| Leslie A. Samet founded the HUMAN approach to specialize in providing human
resource consulting services to growing firms. She has more than 10 years of human
resource experience with all sizes of companies, from a 5-person start-up to a
45,000-employee international firm. Leslie has worked in both the public and private
sectors and in the fields of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology,
telecommunications, and manufacturing.
Leslie's strengths are her analytical and organizational skills as well as her
dedication to high-quality customer service. She is professionally certified as a
Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and has been since 1995.
Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
She maintains her level of knowledge and expertise by participating in continuing
education and training programs provided by various organizations including the
American Management Association (AMA) and the University of North Carolina @ Chapel
Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. Leslie is a member in good standing of the
national organization, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as well as
both local chapters, Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association (RWHRMA)
and Triangle Society for Human Resource Management (TSHRM). She is also Vice-President
of the SMART Business Network International (BNI) group and is a member of the Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce of North Carolina (HCCNC). |
